Metro-West Rentals Ltd. has been in business since January 1995 and has successfully placed more than 1700 tenants. We work with several relocation specialists throughout the United States to provide housing to relocating tenants. Our Property Management team works closely with its owner clients to determine the goals and objectives for each property. We customize our services to provide the best solutions for you.

Metro-West Realty & Property Management also forms strong relationships with tenants, by checking in regularly to make certain there are no outstanding issues. This proactive approach is proven to increase profits by more frequent tenant lease renewals and by eliminating the cost of vacancies, costly fit ups for new tenants, and the payment of full commissions for securing new tenants. In addition, We monitor tenants with regard to their responsibility for maintaining and repairing their space correctly and in a timely manner, as required by their leases.
