Since our beginning in Milford, MA, in 1995, Metro-West Rentals and Property Management has become one of the most stable and reliable rental, property management, & real estate companies in the greater Metro-West area.
As a result, in May 2005, Metro-West Rentals and Property Management became Metro-West Realty and Property Management as we implemented new initiatives to grow the company further and aggressively expand the real estate sales side of our business.

In addition, looking back over the past 17 years, the properties we have attained under management through the leadership of Broker Ed Gidney is astounding. Today, Metro-West Realty and Property Management manages over 200 units for investment property owners.
